Email: office@thrivescope.de
2. General Information on Data Processing
Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. We do not use analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising technologies. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Hosting
This website is delivered via Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you access it, connection data is processed for technical reasons (IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser identifier); Vercel stores this in server logs to ensure operation and security.
The demo request form described in section 6 is also processed by a function running on this infrastructure before the email is sent, so the details you enter pass through Vercel.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and performant delivery) and, for the form, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for pre-contractual measures). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; any transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us. These include:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Requesting computer's hostname
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.
5. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, your inquiry — including all personal data provided (name, email address, message content) — will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. We will not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Demo Request Form
The demo request form on this website asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company, your role, your phone number and a message. We use these details solely to answer your request.
Submissions are not stored on this website and are not written to any database. The form is delivered directly as an email to office@thrivescope.de, where it is handled in the same way as the email inquiries described in section 5.
The email is delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which processes the content of the form together with the sender and recipient addresses and delivery information on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place with Resend. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for pre-contractual measures); transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Mail for this domain is dispatched from Resend's Ireland region, while account data and delivery logs are stored in the USA.
To protect the form against automated submissions we use a field that is hidden from visitors and a check on how long the page was open before sending. No data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose, no cookie is set, and nothing is retained.
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. If technically necessary cookies are used by the hosting platform (e.g., for security or load balancing), these are strictly necessary and do not require consent under Art. 5 para. 3 of the ePrivacy Directive.
8. Fonts
This website uses a self-hosted web font (Poppins). Font files are served directly from our own server. No connection to external font providers is established when you visit our pages. No personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
9. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar and the lock icon.
10. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
